Former advisor to Alexandre de Moraes threatens to make revelations against the minister

The Italian police located on Wednesday (1st) the former advisor of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) Eduardo Tagliaferro. He was arrested and taken to a police station to apply precautionary measures to leave the region where he is, but his defense says he will not be arrested.

Tagliaferro was the target of an extradition request issued by Minister Alexandre de Moraes on charges of leakage of confidential information from the Court.

He had been a Moraes advisor during the 2022 election campaign. After the dialogues leaked, Tagliaferro left Brazil and fled to Italy. He was denounced by the Attorney General, Paulo Gonet.
