As a result, Harvard has frook staff and suspended ambitious research programs, especially in the public health and medicine, which, experts, says, at risk the lives of Americans.

The university claims that the Republican government is conducting “unconstitutional reprisals,” while administration argues that measures are needed to protect Jewish and Israeli students.

Both parties had asked the judge a summary decision to avoid judgment, but it was unclear if this would be granted.

This did not prevent Trump from criticizing Burroughs, appointed during the term of Democrat Barack Obama (2009-2017), stating without evidence that the case had already been decided against the government.

“Harvard’s case has just been tried in Massachusetts against an Obama judge. It’s a total disaster, and I say that even before hearing his decision,” the Republican wrote on his social Truth platform.

“Harvard has $ 52 billion in the bank and yet they are anti -Semitic, anti -Christians and anti -Americans,” said Trump.
