President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva had a labyrinthitis crisis on Monday afternoon (26) and performed tests at the Syrian-Lebanese hospital unit in Brasilia, where he remained for about an hour. The results of the exams came normal.

Medical bulletin released by the Syrian Lebanese reports that Lula had vertigo that was diagnosed as caused by labyrinthitis crisis.

After the service, the president has already been released this afternoon and rests at the official residence of the Alvorada Palace. Lula had two meetings scheduled for this afternoon, with Finance Minister Fernando Haddad, and with the Minister of the Civil House, Rui Costa.

In February, the president underwent annual checkup exams, which pointed out, according to personal physician Roberto Kalil Filho, that the petista was great and with everything within normal.

At the end of last year, in December, Lula underwent emergency surgery to drain intracranial hemorrhage, caused by a fall in the bathroom of the palace of Alvorada months earlier, on October 19.
