Lula says he is in no rush to change ministers: “You don’t change a team that is winning”
The president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) he once again said that he is in no rush to carry out a ministerial reform in the short term and stated that his team of ministers is “one of the most extraordinary he has”.
In the opinion of the President of the Republic, he does not move “with a team that is winning”.
“You realize that the press rarely says: ‘Lula is going to change the ministry’. Nobody asks anymore”, said the PT member, during an event announcing federal government investments in Rio Grande do Norte this Wednesday (16).
Lula criticizes the market and says that investment in social is always “treated as an expense”
President of the Republic made the statements during the launch ceremony of the National Agroecology and Organic Production Plan. He also criticized the governments of Michel Temer and Jair Bolsonaro
“I have no interest or any rush in changing the team that is winning” added Lula.
At the event, Lula made a point of introducing each of his ministers present and praising their work and trajectory. Some of the heads of departments at the ceremony were even governors of states in the Northeast.
In this sense, the PT member also made a point of praising the region. For him, the Northeast has been electing “the best crop of governors” in the country.
