Marçal’s report against Boulos is false, according to Civil Police expertise
The report presented by Pablo Marçal (PRTB) of an alleged toxicological test by Guilherme Boulos (PSOL) is false, concluded experts from the Criminalistics Institute of the Civil Police of São Paulo, who have been carrying out a task force since the early hours of this Saturday (5). The information was first released by the newspaper State of S.Pauloand confirmed by InfoMoney.
Graph analysis showed that the doctor’s signature on the document was forged. Regarding generic elements of the false report, the experts pointed out a difference “in the degree of graphic skill, the inclination of the writing, the graphic progress, the angular and curvilinear values”.
“The image of the signature in the name of the doctor José Roberto de Souza, included in the prescription book subject to examination, is FALSE (…), as such signature does not present the same graphic characteristics” as original documents signed by the professional and analyzed by experts, says report of Police expertise.
The investigation pointed out “scriptural discrepancies observed between the contested firm and the models produced by José Roberto de Souza, discrepancies that cover both the quality of the layout and technical elements of a general nature and of a morphogenetic nature”, detail three experts who signed the document.
The evidence of forgery of the document emerged shortly after Marçal published it on his social networks. Given the suspicions, judge Rodrigo Marzola Colombini, from the 2nd Electoral Zone of São Paulo, determined that videos published by Marçal related to the case were deleted from the social networks Instagram, TikTok and Youtube. The decision speaks of “plausibility in the allegations” involving falsehood in the document.

Federal experts are also analyzing the inconsistencies in the report, according to information from the newspaper The Globeafter the Electoral Court ordered the Federal Police to open an investigation to investigate the possible commission of four crimes by Marçal.
They are:
- Disclosing untrue facts regarding parties or candidates capable of exerting influence on the electorate (penalty of 2 months to 1 year);
- Defaming someone in offensive electoral propaganda (penalty of 3 months to 1 year);
- Forging a private document for electoral purposes (penalty of up to 5 years in prison);
- Make use of any falsified document for electoral purposes (penalty of up to 5 years in prison).

Marçal published on his Instagram, on Friday night (4), the image of an alleged medical referral of the PSOL candidate to a psychiatry service due to “a severe psychotic episode, persecutory delusions and homicidal ideas, in addition to mental confusion and episodes of agitation”. A positive toxicological test for cocaine was reportedly presented by a companion.
Soon after, newspaper investigations Folha de S.Paulo pointed out that the doctor whose signature appears on the document has already died. His daughter also published videos on her social networks stating that her father never worked at the clinic where the alleged tests were carried out. The owner of the establishment, biomedical scientist Luiz Teixeira da Silva Júnior, has already been convicted of falsifying documents to obtain professional medical registration.
