Metallurgical Gerdau, a gerdau controlling holding company, recorded a adjusted net income of R $ 863 million in the second quarter, 9.1% retraction over the same period last year, according to its corporate balance released Thursday.

Operational performance, measured by profit before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) adjusted, from Metallurgical Gerdau fell 2.4% in the second quarter compared to the same period of 2024, totaling R $ 2.56 billion, with the margin retreating 1.2 percentage point, to 14.6%.

Separately, the company announced the payment of dividends of R $ 0.08 per share.
