Moraes asks the PGR for an opinion on including Jair and Flávio in Eduardo’s investigation
Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), determined this Tuesday (26), that the Attorney General’s Office (PGR) comment on the request to include former president Jair Bolsonaro and senator Flávio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) in the investigation investigating the activities of former deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro in the United States.
Moraes gave the PGR five days to give its opinion. Eduardo Bolsonaro is being investigated for coercion and attempted interference in his father’s trial for an attempted coup d’état.

Request for investigation was filed by deputy Lindbergh Farias (PT-RJ) in the action in which Eduardo is a defendant for alleged coercion in the trial of the coup plot
The request to expand the targets of the investigation was made by federal deputy Lindbergh Farias (PT-RJ). He requested a specific investigation to investigate the hypothesis that funds allocated to the film about the life of Jair Bolsonaro had been diverted to finance an international campaign of sanctions, visa restrictions, imposition of tariffs and coercion against Brazilian authorities.
The parliamentarian also requests an investigation into possible money laundering, irregular electoral financing, disguised electoral propaganda, parallel cash, criminal organization, coercion during the process and attack on national sovereignty.
The request comes after a report from The Intercept Brasil portal showing audio messages from Senator Flávio Bolsonaro, pre-candidate for the Presidency of the Republic, sent to banker Daniel Vorcaro, owner of Master, asking him for money to pay part of the production costs of his father’s biopic. According to the portal, the banker agreed to allocate R$134 million to production, of which at least R$61 million was effectively released. Before the report, Flávio said he had no relationship with the banker, who is in prison for having led the biggest fraud against the financial system.
With the leak of the audios, the senator began to admit contact with Vorcaro, claiming that he approached the banker in 2024, after the end of the Bolsonaro government, and before the Federal Police (PF) and the Judiciary gathered evidence against the banker. Afterwards, Flávio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ) also admitted that he met with Vorcaro after the owner of Banco Master was arrested for the first time, in November 2025, as part of Operation Compliance Zero.
Eduardo Bolsonaro would be responsible for managing the amounts transferred by the banker.
Today, Flávio and Eduardo Bolsonaro, accompanied by blogger Paulo Figueiredo, met with the President of the United States, Donald Trump, in Washington, and published a photo of the meeting on social media.
