Moraes authorizes Arthur Lira’s visit to Bolsonaro on the eve of the trial
Minister Alexandre de Moraes of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) authorized former mayor, Arthur Lira (PP-AL) to visit former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) on Monday, 1st, the day before the trial of the coup plot.
It was Bolsonaro’s defense who asked the Supreme Court for the visit. The former president and the deputy did not say the reason for the meeting.
Moraes warned in his decision that the former mayor’s car will need to be searched by leaving the condominium, as with all vehicles.
