Moraes Veta Visit by Gustavo Gayer to Bolsonaro due to STF investigation
Minister Alexandre de Moraes of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) denied the request for Deputy Gustavo Gayer (PL-GO) to visit former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL), who has been in prison since Monday (4).
In the decision, Moraes pointed out that the parliamentarian is the subject of an investigation in the Court and that the visit would violate the ban imposed on Bolsonaro to communicate with other investigators or defendants, including through third parties.

Visits will have days and times determined by the minister and should occur individually to prevent them from becoming political meetings.
