Musk: attack on X departed from the ‘Ukraine Region’; Group assumed authorship
Elon Musk, the owner of X (former Twitter), said the instability in the app was caused by a “massive cyber attack” that departed from the “Ukraine Region”. The statement was made in an interview with Fox Business.
What happened
Elon Musk stated that attack came from Ukraine. In an early post publication, the billionaire argued that instability was being caused by a large group and accused that it has the involvement of some country. “We are attacked every day, but this was done with many resources,” he wrote.
Pro-Palestini group assumed authorship. The Hacker Dark Storm Team organization said on its Telegram channel that they were the “first to overthrow X”, and provoked Elon. “How are you, Elon Musk? I hope you enjoyed our visit,” they published. Neither musk nor the X confirmed that the attack was caused by this group.
