Obama declares himself to Michelle after rumors of separation: ‘Take my breath’
Rumors about a possible crisis in the couple have gained strength in recent months, especially after Michelle’s absence at important events. The former first lady did not attend the inauguration of President Donald Trump, or the funeral of former President Jimmy Carter in January this year. In both events, Barack Obama was present.
Actress Jennifer Aniston was even pointed out as the pivot of an alleged separation, but denied any involvement with the former president. “It doesn’t bother me anymore. I’m used to that kind of thing, but this rumor is completely false,” Aniston said in an interview last year. “I found him once, but I know Michelle much better,” he added.
Barack and Michelle Obama were married in 1992 and are parents of two daughters, Malia (26) and Sasha (23). During Obama’s eight years in the White House, the couple became a symbol of union and partnership, winning admirers around the world.
