Pakistan announces retaliation in response to attacks with missiles of India

According to the note, the nine locations were targeted by a “focused, measured and non -scale” precision attack. “No Pakistani military installation was hit. India showed considerable moderation in the selection of targets and the method of execution,” added the statement from the Indian ministry.

The Indian army stated that the attacks were targeted by terrorists and training fields of the Lashkar-e-Taiba Islamist groups and Jaish-e-Mohammed, who have long been accused of operating freely from Pakistan and would be involved in some of the deadliest terrorist attacks in India.

“We killed only those who killed our innocents,” said India Minister Rajnath Singh, while Interior Minister Amit Shah assured that the government was “determined to give an appropriate response to any attack on India and its people.”
