Ramagem Advisor received a company bribes with a millionaire contract with ABIN
The Federal Police pointed out that an agent at the Brazilian Intelligence Agency (Abin) received $ 5,000 monthly from a company that closed contracts with the agency during the government of Jair Bolsonaro.
The investigation identified that the payments benefited Federal Police Officer Felipe Arlotta Freitas, who had been appointed to the position of direct advisor to then-managing director of ABIN, Alexandre Ramagem, now federal deputy of PL. According to PF, the values were passed on by a security technology company through sponsorship to a YouTube channel, of which, according to investigations, Arlotta was a “hidden partner.” Payments were made to a company that had its mother as a “managing partner.”

The Security Technology Company had contracts that totaled R $ 9.6 million with Abin, according to the investigation report. The PF concluded that the monthly fee consisted of “improper economic advantage” under the “sponsorship”, “offered and received” by Arlotta due to his position at Abin.
“Such evidence indicates that the option of sponsoring the YouTube channel, in a relatively modest range, was due to the relationship of its actual owner, Felipe Arlotta Freitas is a direct advisor to the Director General of Abin at the time of these hiring, as more expression channels in the same niche have not received similar offers,” says the PF report.
Arlotta was indicted by the PF in the case of “parallel abin” for crimes of passive corruption, money laundering, embezzlement, prevarication and criminal organization.
According to the PF report, he was part of the Federal Police Nucleus that were the confidence of Ramagem – and were therefore brought to positions in ABIN. According to the investigators, this group was responsible for complying with missions given by the then Director General, such as the monitoring of targets of interest to the Bolsonaro government.
For the PF, monthly payments via a company on behalf of the mother “materializes the obtaining of illicit advantages by members or members of the criminal organization (Orcrim) who infiltrated the structure of ABIN.”
Also indicted in the inquiry, Ramagem classified the conclusions of the PF as “narratives”.
