Among the favorable decisions obtained by Koncretize in court was the payment of an indemnity of R $ 2.8 million. This amount added daily fines of R $ 5,000. Subsequently, the senator resorted and obtained a reduction of R $ 500 in the value of these fines. With this, he was entitled to a credit that should be deducted from the total debt.
“But he (Romário) did not want to deduct this amount of the highest amount. He wanted the money back. And for that, he forged a contract of fees with a lawyer, who would have the right to receive the money from Koncretize,” says lawyer Andre Perecmanis, who represents the injured company.
Another similar maneuver involved the assignment R $ 15 million that Romário should receive from the Vasco da Gama club to the same lawyer, also as fees. With this, the former player tried to prevent the amount from being executed in the actions with Koncretize.
Described in Article 179 of the Penal Code, the crime of execution fraud may lead to a two -year prison sentence. Judge Simone Fleet even applied a six -month punishment to Romário, but determined the conversion of the penalty in paying a fine of $ 2 million.
Sought, the senator has not yet manifested.
