STF keeps arrest of Marcelo Câmara, former Bolsonaro advisor
The Federal Supreme Court (STF) decided on Thursday (19) to maintain the arrest of Marcelo Câmara, one of the defendants of the coup plot and former advisor to former President of the Republic Jair Bolsonaro.
The decision was taken during a custody hearing held by the office of Minister Alexandre de Moraes.
The prison of the chamber was determined yesterday after the minister understood that the former Bolsonaro advisor failed to comply with a precautionary measure that prohibited him from using social networks, even with the intermediation of lawyers.

On Tuesday (17), the chamber attorney, Eduardo Kuntz, informed the Supreme that he was sought by the former Jair Bolsonaro Orders Assistant, Mauro Cid, through social networks.
For the minister, when interacting with CID, the defender “overwhelmed illicitly from legal lawyer obligations.” Moraes also determined the opening of an inquiry to investigate the attempt to obstruct the coup plot’s investigation by the lawyer.
Chamber is arrested at the facilities of the Army Police Battalion in Brasilia. He is entitled to custody at the Force facilities for being a colonel.
