Surrender and unfaithful to the voter: Eduardo Bolsonaro should resign

There is a popular saying that “those who leave their own do not degenerate.” Pants like a glove to Eduardo Bolsonaro, who came out to his father.

Federal Deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP), elected by Sao Paulo where he did not reside, came out to his father, Jair Bolsonaro (PL), as his actions, opportunism, cowardly, surrender and undemocratic convictions reveal.

ATTENTION: Our democracy is representative.

Citizens, by vote, give mandate to be represented. In this case, Eduardo Bolsonaro received a power of attorney (the instrument of the parliamentary mandate) to act in the federal legislature, as a power organ, which belongs to the people. The House is the home of the Brazilian people.

Instead of fulfilling the mandate, Eduardo resolved, to take care of interests harmful to the Brazilian homeland and personal political interests, to license.

He promised to return to the House when Minister Alexandre de Moraes “is properly punished for his crime and his abuse of authority.”

But this claim would have to be claimed in Brazil and not to the US. Never to President Donald Trump, of whom Deputy Eduardo, for the noted and disgusted, is his sag. Deputy Bolsonaro was in possession of Trump and joined the extreme and in search of reactions against Brazil. ATTENTION: Something typical of homeland traitors.

Of course, no fortuitous or force majeure happened for a fair licensing. It should be repeated: I wanted to stay in the US to seek, abroad, a sanction for Moraes, pressures against the Supreme Court and a delirious foreign intervention.

Had in Brazil the institute of “recall”, the voting citizens would take Eduardo’s mandate. In a football language, it would receive an undisputed “red card”.

Sixteen ignorance

Eduardo Bolsonaro’s ignorance is such that he does not see Brazil as a sovereign country.

This federal deputy, the “son number 03”, is unaware of the Brazilian Constitution, which establishes us as an independent nation, that is, it does not depend or can be subjected to the power of another state or nation.

It is also unaware of international law. For him, Brazil is a sovereign state, a nation represented by a central government that has sovereignty in a geographical area. In the light of public international law, Brazil is also sovereign for having a permanent population, a defined territory, government and ability to establish relations with other sovereign states.

Another relevant point. The United Nations Constitutive Charter guarantees our sovereignty given to the condition of a member state.

In Eduardo Bolsonaro’s fresh view, Brazil is a US backyard, which may, in his view, hold responsible and cease acts that he considers abusive. So he left the country voluntarily to attack him from outside and try to end his sovereignty.

Renunciation and conspiracy

If the objectives are declared on their social networks, Eduardo Bolsonaro should give up his mandate. He received a popular term to work in the House, not to conspire in the US.

As a deputy could, based on our Constitution and our system of brakes and balances, seek measures. He preferred, however, to conspire abroad. Again: betraying the homeland, besides moving away and not renouncing the mandate received.
