Trump and Putin talked about war in Ukraine; Russia denies phone call
Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelensky spoke with Trump on Wednesday, a conversation that also featured billionaire Elon Musk.
Trump questioned Washington’s million-dollar support for Kiev during his campaign. Last week, Putin said he was “ready” to talk.
The Russian Army launched 145 drones against Ukraine this weekend, President Volodymyr Zelensky reported, while Russia reported today that it had shot down 34 Ukrainian drones that had targeted Moscow.
Russia denies conversation
A Kremlin spokesman declared this Monday (11) that the news narrating a conversation between Putin and Trump is “pure invention”.
“It absolutely does not correspond to reality, simply false information,” said Dmitri Peskov. “At the moment, there are no concrete plans regarding a conversation between Trump and Putin.”
