Trump Media and Rumble asks for and US Justice Expends a new quote against Moraes

The Florida Middle District Court today issued a new quote against Minister Alexandre de Moraes, the Supreme Court (STF), following a request from the companies Trump Media & Technology Group, linked to President Donald Trump, and the Rumble video platform.

Companies, which move a lawsuit against the magistrate, accuse him of censoring published content of these social networks in Brazil. The new notification was determined after the first citation attempt made in March was frustrated. Sought through the Supreme Court to comment on the case, Moraes declined to speak.

Moraes will have 21 days to submit a formal response to the action or submit a petition to contest the process, according to the Federal Procedural Rules of the United States. If it does not manifest within this period, the American court may declare it in default, allowing the case to advance based only on the allegations presented by the companies.
