Justice suspends measure

The US courts today suspended the Trump government’s decision to prohibit Harvard that foreign students enroll. The next hearing of the case will take place next week.

District Judge Allison D. Burroughs granted the order of temporary restriction against the Federal Decree. Earlier, the university had filed a court to try to reverse a ban less than 24 hours after the government announcement.

Trump government says university fosters violence on campus. In a publication on social network X, Secretary Kristi Noem stated that the government “is responsible Harvard for fostering violence, anti -Semitism and coordination with the Chinese Communist Party on its campus.”

Foreigners are 27.2% of Harvard students. The university has 6,793 international students, a student body of 24,596 people.
