Valdemar should meet Bolsonaro tomorrow (12) after Moraes authorizes conversations
Former President of the Republic, Jair Bolsonaro, and PL President Valdemar Costa Neto are expected to meet on Wednesday, 12, after Minister Alexandre de Moraes of the Supreme Court (STF) to overthrow their decision due to investigations into the attempted coup. Bolsonaro is in Sao Paulo, will sleep at the Bandeirantes Palace, and should return to Brasilia on Wednesday.
In his decision, the minister stated that, as Valdemar was not denounced by the Attorney General’s Office (PGR), there is no need to maintain the restrictions that had been imposed on him.
“Although the investigated was indicted in the final report presented by the police authority, the Attorney General’s Office, in exercising his opinion Delici, did not report the investigated, which is why, in relation to him, the necessary requirements are no longer present to maintain the previously imposed precautionary measures,” wrote the minister.
