Blinken stated that Israel has fulfilled an important part of the proposals presented by the United States in a letter.
“However, even with that, I believe it is essential that we look at things, such as longer breaks,” he added.
“Even with all the measures, the situation is so difficult and dramatic that, to fully remedy it, to fully respond to people’s needs, the best way to do this is to end the war,” he added.
