Without Russia and China, what will be decided at the BRICS meeting?

The meeting should serve as a construction space for world solutions, focusing on the global south, and anticipating debates that will be on the agenda at COP30. Brazil defends a new climate leadership based on solidarity between peoples, to generate effective and climate change responses.

Lula will have bilateral meetings during the event. The Brazilian President is expected to meet aside with the presidents of Ethiopia, Vietnam and Nigeria, as well as Chinese Prime Minister I read Qiang. The petista should schedule other bilateral meetings not yet confirmed by the Plateau.
