The son of Jenife Socorro Almeida da Silva, a 36 -year -old Brazilian who was the victim of femicide in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, regretted his mother’s death and said she was a warrior.

What happened

The 17-year-old said he was ill with the news and needed medical attention, but left the hospital to honor her. “What I wanted most was to go back and I could honor my warrior, the winner my mother was,” he said. He was identified by his family only as “Jeff”.

“I want to want women to be very careful. This world is a very cruel world. Unfortunately, we can’t understand a man’s mind,” said the teenager. He took the stage yesterday to talk about his mother during a protest that asked for justice for the case of the Brazilian in Santana (AP).
