Zanin meets Moraes and brand Extra to judge criminal prosecution on scammers



Minister Cristiano Zanin, president of the First Class of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), complied with Minister Alexandre de Moraes’s request and set out an extra session for the trial of criminal prosecution on the coup plot. The new session will be held on Thursday, 11, from 9 am to 7 pm. The plenary session that is usually held on Thursdays in the afternoon was canceled.

There were already sessions scheduled for Tuesday (from 9 am to 7 pm), Wednesday (9 am to 12 pm) and on Friday (9 am to 7 pm).

The next session, on Tuesday, should be fully occupied by the vote of the rapporteur, Minister Alexandre de Moraes.

Then the other ministers vote in this order: Flávio Dino, Luiz Fux, Cármen Lúcia and Cristiano Zanin.
