Hamas’s sexual violence was part of a genocidal plan, says a report

A group of jurists in Israel reported, in a report, that the sexual violence committed by the Palestinian Islamist Movement Hamas during the October 7, 2023 attack was part of a “genocide plan.”

Dinah Project jurists and experts published their conclusions on Monday after gathering testimonials from a survivor who suffered an attempt to rape during the attack and 15 hostages that were kidnapped in Gaza and denounced that they suffered or witnessed sexual violence.

The report also used images and audios, as well as testimonies of rescuer and the people who examined the corpses in the camp that served as a morgue.
