After friction between Nikolas and Jair Renan, Flávio criticizes provocations and calls for unity
Senator Flávio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ), pre-candidate for the Presidency, published this Friday, the 25th, a text appealing to the Bolsonaro base, calling for unity and criticizing what he called “provocations and demands within our own team”. The demonstration occurs after new public friction between federal deputy Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG) and members of the family of former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL), this time with councilor Jair Renan Bolsonaro (PL-SC).

“One thing continues to worry me: the provocations and demands within our own team. I really need everyone to defend me from the criminal lies of the left and rub the truth in their faces”, wrote the senator in the text.
“But here’s my sincere request: you don’t need to ‘pressure’ anyone or ‘defend’ me from people who also want Bolsonaro as President of the Republic. I’ve said it a few times and I repeat, everyone has their own time and their own way of helping”, continued the senator.
Flávio also stated that “support is not necessary”, it is “earned”, and that he will take responsibility if things do not work out.
The text was interpreted by allies as an attempt to reduce the wear and tear caused by the escalation of conflicts in the right-wing camp. The day before, Nikolas Ferreira again attacked Jair Renan in a post on X (formerly Twitter), stating that the councilor’s “cognitive capacity” would be less than that of a “blind mole”.
The exchange of barbs began after criticism from influencer Junior Japa towards Nikolas, including insinuations about exchanging support for amendments and lack of engagement in Flávio Bolsonaro’s pre-presidential campaign. The episode expanded with public responses from other influencers and new criticism from Nikolas towards members of the Bolsonaro family.
Flávio had already minimized disputes between Nikolas and Eduardo Bolsonaro, as well as a possible lack of commitment to his campaign by former first lady Michelle Bolsonaro (PL).
