Alckmin: Pacheco has an identity with MG and was fundamental against the coup attempt

Vice-president Geraldo Alckmin (PSB) praised this Wednesday, 1st, the PSB affiliation of senator Rodrigo Pacheco, tipped to be on the platform for president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) in Minas Gerais. According to Alckmin, Pacheco played a fundamental role against the attempted coup d’état and has the “rare virtue of moderation”.

“Jurist, public spirit, senator, president of the Federal Senate, who has love for Minas Gerais and the people of Minas, has a vision that is rare in public life today, courage and moderation, everything we need to build air gaps and understanding, so that the State of Minas can grow even more, develop even more”, declared Alckmin.

For Alckmin, with Pacheco’s membership, the “PSB becomes not only bigger, but better”, since the senator would have “identity with Minas Gerais”.
