The requests were presented by deputy Flávio Serafini, president of the Commission. In the first, the request is for the current president of Rioprevidência, Nicholas Ribeiro da Costa Cardoso, to be notified to send the full texts of all contracts signed between the municipality and the brokerage Planner. The measure seeks to clarify the terms and conditions of contributions after the pension fund for employees of the State of Rio de Janeiro was the one that invested the most in Banco Master securities (R$970 million).

The second request is directed to the Secretary of Digital Transformation of the State of Rio de Janeiro, Feu Braga. The PSOL deputy requests information about the number of processes that, since January 2025, have been removed from the public research of the Electronic Information System (SEI) and placed in absolute secrecy. The intention is to understand the extent and criteria used to remove these processes from the public system. Furthermore, Serafini demands a list of confidential process numbers and the reasons that justified their exclusion from the SEI.
