Defense reports worsening of Bolsonaro’s health and demands PF report for home care
Jair Bolsonaro’s defense reported what it called a “worsening” in the former president’s health condition in recent days. In a petition in his criminal execution process, the lawyers point out that Bolsonaro began to suffer from “emetic episodes” (vomiting) and severe hiccups. Therefore, they demand that the Federal Police deliver the expert report carried out to assess the need for the former president’s house arrest.
Bolsonaro has been detained at the 19th Military Police Battalion of the Federal District, also known as Papudinha, since January 15th. That same day, Moraes ordered that a new assessment be carried out by a Federal Police medical board regarding the need for house arrest, setting a deadline of 10 days for the report to be presented in the process. Previously, the former president was detained at the Federal Police Superintendency, also in Brasília.

On the 20th, according to the defense, Bolsonaro received a visit from the PF’s Technical-Scientific Directorate, made up of three doctors, who carried out the examination.
Opportunity with security!
“It so happens that, more than 10 days after the examination was carried out, it appears that, to date, the report drawn up by the aforementioned medical board has not been added to the case file”, says Bolsonaro’s defense, which asks that Minister Alexandre de Moraes, rapporteur of the case, determine the subpoena of the PF Superintendence so that the report can be presented “with the utmost urgency”.
