“I was never aware of,” says Tarcisio about Bolsonaro’s alleged coup plan
The governor of Sao Paulo, Tarcisio de Freitas (Republicans), told the Supreme Court (30) on Friday that he was never aware of any coup intent by former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) after the 2022 elections.
The statement was made during a statement provided in the process that investigates the attempt to subversion of the democratic order at the end of the previous presidential term.
“Never (I was aware of coup intentions). Never. Just as I had never happened in my ministry period,” said Tarcisio.
