Justice gives 5 days to Mouse to prove talk about Rouanet Law or retract
The court of Rio de Janeiro ordered the presenter Ratinho, Youtuber Thiago Asmar and Councilwoman Samantha Cavalca (PP-PI) has 5 days to retract or present evidence of statements made on September 15 about alleged use of the Rouanet Law by singer Chico Buarque. The information is from the column of Monica Bergamo, in the newspaper S.Paulo Folha.
The decision is made by Judge Victor Agustin Cunha Jaccoud of the 41st Civil Court of Rio. According to him, if the three do not deprive themselves or prove the accusations minimally, the conduct may configure a crime of disobedience, including the possibility of arrest in the act.
