Ministry of Justice says it received a US officially on Moraes
The Ministry of Justice received on the 27th a letter from the United States Government about the performance of Minister Alexandre de Moraes of the Supreme Court (STF). According to the folder, the document was sent to the sector responsible for the analysis.
According to The New York Times, the United States Department of Justice sent a letter to Moraes after the magistrate’s order for the American social network to block a user profiles. The vehicle said it had access to the document.
The message was sent to the minister this May. “The Justice Department told Minister Moraes that he could apply the laws in Brazil, but could not order companies to take specific measures in the United States,” the American vehicle wrote. Last week, the Secretary of State had already stated in the US Congress that “there is a great chance” of the US government sanctioning Moraes, who has also conflicted with Elon Musk about X activity in Brazil.
