Documents from the National Civil Aviation Agency and the Airspace Control Department indicate that Federal Supreme Court Minister Dias Toffoli used private aircraft on different occasions throughout 2025, including a flight operated by a company linked to businessman Daniel Vorcaro, owner of Banco Master. The information was revealed by Folha de S.Paulo.

According to records, Toffoli accessed the executive terminal at Brasília airport on July 4, 2025, around 10 am. Minutes later, an aircraft with registration number PR-SAD, operated by Prime Aviation, took off at 10:10 am bound for Marília (SP), the minister’s hometown.

Prime Aviation integrates a luxury goods sharing model linked to the Patrimonial Blue fund. Until September last year, Vorcaro was a direct partner of the company.

On the same day as the flight to the interior of São Paulo, security guards from the Regional Labor Court were transferred to Ribeirão Claro (PR), where the Tayayá resort, frequented by Toffoli, is located.

The relationship between the minister and the enterprise includes corporate ties. Until last year, Toffoli and Fabiano Zettel, appointed as Vorcaro’s financial operator, were partners in the resort through different companies and funds.

Other flights

Data crossing shows that Toffoli accessed the Brasília executive terminal at least ten times in 2025. In six of these cases, it was possible to associate the times with specific takeoffs, five of which involved aircraft linked to businesspeople.

On two occasions, the records coincide with flights by Petras Participações, a company whose partners include the current owner of Tayayá, Paulo Humberto Barbosa. One of the routes departed from Brasília to Ourinhos (SP), the closest airport to the resort, on June 17th. Another flight, on October 1st, went to Congonhas (SP).

There is also a record of travel on an Ibrame aircraft, a company owned by businessman Luiz Pastore. Toffoli and the businessman maintain a close relationship. The minister had already used the businessman’s aircraft on a trip to watch the Copa Libertadores final, in Lima, Peru, in November.

Master Bank

The revelations occur after the Sheet report, in January, that companies linked to Toffoli’s family had been partners in a fraudulent network of funds linked to Banco Master. The episode led the minister to leave the investigation report at the STF in February.

The same Prime Aviation plane identified in Toffoli’s flight also appears in records associated with minister Alexandre de Moraes’ travel, according to a previous report by the newspaper.
