Trump’s guideline also flexes the use of religious items in the workplace. The government authorizes the use of Bibles, crucifixes, religious works of art, among other items that can characterize employees’ faith in their own work spaces.

Religious expressions are also released in professional conversations. Also, the creation of prayer groups in the offices outside of office hours are authorized.

The use of religion is one of Trump’s main weapons to maintain its base. In May, the president created a commission to “defend religious freedom” in the US, because Christian would be allegedly “persecuted” in the country.

Scott Kupor took over the head of the personnel management office earlier this month. This agency has as one of its main focuses the reduction of the federal labor force in the US government.
