With pressure from Tarcisio, Valdemar supports Bolsonaro in 2026: “There is no plan B”

PL President Valdemar Costa Neto said on Saturday that the party maintains as a priority of Jair Bolsonaro’s candidacy for the presidency in 2026, although the former president was ineligible for two convictions at the Superior Electoral Court (TSE),

“We have no plan B. Our plan is Bolsonaro candidate,” said Valdemar on his social networks.

The statement occurs in a moment of growing pressure on the governor of São Paulo, Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicans), inherits the estate of the former Mandator.
