Trump government forbids Harvard from having foreign students
Trump government says university fosters violence on campus. In a publication on social network X, Kristi Noem stated that the government “is responsible Harvard for fostering violence, anti -Semitism and coordination with the Chinese Communist Party in its campus.”
Secretary said that enrolling foreign students is a “privilege”, not a “right”. “Harvard had a lot of opportunities to do the right thing. But he refused. They missed the certification of the student and exchange visitor program for not complying with the law. This will be alert to all universities and academic institutions in the country,” Noem added.
Harvard should provide, in the next 72 hours, government requests if you want to recover the certification. According to the letter sent to the university administration, the institution should provide all records and audio and video files involving dangerous, threatening or illegal activities of foreign students enrolled in the last five years. In addition, another requirement for republican management is that Harvard delivers all filming involving protests for the past five years on the Cambridge campus.
University spokesman Jason Newton called the government’s action “illegal”. “We are totally committed to maintaining Harvard’s ability to receive international students and academics from over 140 countries and immensely enrich the university – and this nation,” he said.
We are working quickly to provide guidance and support to members of our community. This retaliatory action threatens to cause serious damage to the Harvard community and our country, as well as undermine Harvard’s academic and research mission.

It is a privilege, not a right, for universities to enroll foreign students and benefit from their higher tuition payments? pic.twitter.com/12HJWD1J86
