Netanyahu wants to sacrifice Israeli hostages with Gaza, says Hamas
Declarations happen at the moment of “proximity to a final agreement,” according to Hamas. The information, however, is challenged by Israel and the United States. In late July, Trump and Netanyahu signaled that they abandoned peace negotiations because “Palestinian militants do not want an agreement.”
Netanyahu’s statement was given to US TV
After taking control of the Enclave, Netanyahu’s plan is to “deliver Gaza to the Arab forces.” The prime minister gave an interview to the US channel Fox News, which was released today, while Israeli counselors gather to decide the next military steps, exactly 22 months after the war began.
“We don’t want to rule Gaza,” he added. Gaza’s full domination plans had emerged in behind -the -scenes conversations and created disagreements between the government and the army, which fear Hamas to perform hostages that are still alive. “We don’t want to be there as a body of government,” he concluded.
If he decides to take Gaza, Israel goes against international pressure for a ceasefire. International appeals were reinforced by countries such as England and France, who said they will recognize the Palestinian state if Israel does not accept a definitive truce agreement until September.
