Master Case: Sicário’s assets jumped from R$1.2 million to R$8.4 million in four years
The Income Tax (IR) declaration of Luiz Phillipi Machado de Moraes Mourão, the “Sicário”, appointed as one of the assistants of banker Daniel Vorcaro, owner of Banco Master, reveals a jump in assets between 2021 and 2024: the total declared assets went from R$1.2 million to R$8.4 million in the period.
Among the assets is a collection of luxury watches worth around R$5.8 million. The list includes brands such as Rolex, Patek Philippe, Richard Mille and Audemars Piguet.
The information appears in a document obtained by GLOBO that is under analysis by the Federal Police and the CPI for Organized Crime, of the Senate.

Arrested in the third phase of Operation Compliance Zero, Mourão was suspected of coordinating a group that collected information about Vorcaro’s enemies and people who went against the interests of Banco Master. According to the PF, there is “strong evidence” that Sicário received 1 million a month from Vorcaro. When contacted, the banker did not speak out.
Mourão died after trying to commit suicide in the PF prison, in Minas Gerais, where he was taken. When contacted, his defense did not comment. Previously, the lawyers said they would not comment on the suspicions because they did not have access to the investigation files.
In the income tax declaration submitted in 2025, there is a record of five Rolexes, with values between R$91 thousand and R$306 thousand; two Patek Philippe, one worth R$800,000 and the other R$900,000 and three Richard Millers, which were estimated at between R$800,000 and R$2 million. There is also an Audemars Piguet worth around R$450,000, which was later sold.
Last year, Mourão also reported having a cash amount of R$180,000 and US$174,000 and shares of 1 million in his company, King Motors Locação de Veículos e Participações, which was founded in 2020 and was located in Belo Horizonte.
On March 4, PF agents seized watches, cash, cars and a pistol during the execution of search and seizure warrants. The objects are in the possession of the Court.
The investigation shows that Mourão commanded an informal structure called “A Turma”, used to carry out surveillance activities, obtain information and monitor people linked to investigations or criticism of the group.
According to the PF, Mourão carried out consultations in restricted systems of public bodies, using third-party credentials to access databases linked to security and investigation institutions. The Federal Police states that there was improper access to systems belonging to the PF itself, the Federal Public Ministry and even international bases.
