STF rejects return of Marcos do Val’s passport and unblocking of social networks

The rejection of his appeal was unanimous. “The person being investigated insists on failing to comply with the orders imposed on him, by delivering a speech with visibly untrue content so that they can be replicated on third-party social networks, in clear affront and complete contempt for the Judiciary,” wrote the rapporteur, Alexandre de Moraes.
