Spree with public money: ONTs are born
Basically, parliamentarians send money from the amendments to NGOs that should use the resources to provide all types of services. And everything would be within the law if the money was actually used to serve society. But the series of reports from Facto News “NGO spree” showed signs of misappropriation of public money through money-spinning, overpricing and even payment for fictitious services with money from the amendments. It was from then on that Dino put the magnifying glass on these NGOs.
Dino’s decision
Supreme Dino suspended transfers to 13 entities and gave them five days to explain themselves. It also ordered the Comptroller General of the Union (a federal government body) to carry out an audit of these NGOs. Another 9 organizations that did not provide complete explanations have 10 calendar days to explain themselves. The decision was made based on a report from the CGU itself.
For the Lost. Deputies and senators are fighting and fighting and fighting with the Supreme Court so as not to reveal what they do with public money from parliamentary amendments. Government budget money that comes from our taxes, darling. They argue this and that and the other, but they just can’t explain why they don’t want to give transparency to what they do with our dindim. Dino went there and ordered payment of the amendments to be blocked. And now it has blocked NGOs’ money.
Hello, deputies, Hello Arthurzito from the cold room, Hello Rodrigo, the highest ranking member of the Senate. Why don’t you even want to give transparency to what you do with the people’s money?
