China says he’ll fight to the end ‘against Trump’s tariffs:’ Wrong Path ‘
USA gave China deadline
Earlier, Trump said today that China has until noon on Tuesday (8) to retreat from 34% retaliatory tariffs imposed against the United States. After the demonstration, China, who announced the measure last week in response to Trump’s overflows to the country, has replied that he does not give in to threats.
Trump threatened to put another 50% of tariffs above those he has previously imposed on China as an answer. He argued that the country ruled by Xi Jinping has done it for several years and became rich. “We’re in the White House and we won’t let it happen. They are getting right on us over the years, gaining hundreds of billions of dollars, and that should not happen.”
The Republican said he had a “great” relationship with the Chinese president and said he hopes “to continue that way.” Trump also said he had “a lot of respect” for China, but that the eastern country cannot impose retaliatory tariffs on the US. The president of the United States said he will dialogue with China and other countries that want to close fairer agreements.
Earlier, the US said the US will apply additional 50% rates to the Asian country. The new measure will be placed in force from April 9 if China does not turn back, the US president said in the Social Truth.
We cannot let people take advantage of us. I have been saying this for 35 years, as our country has been stolen. 30 years ago they were Japan, then another, another group, then China. China might do the best job, frankly. And that will not happen anymore.
Donald Trump, US President
