Brazilian creates secret restaurant to debate politics

The place is almost imperceptible, as its facade is residential, not a restaurant. Upon entering the narrow door of the mansion, the public is guided to the balcony full of plants, on the top floor, where a glass of wine is served. Guests arrive little by little and get to know each other, getting used to the famous “warm-up”, before the event begins.
“There are many restaurants in Buenos Aires, but the Buenos Aires capital still didn’t have this type of restaurant, which brings good food and politics to the table, this meeting environment”, revealed the Brazilian.
The dinner experience is for a maximum of 20 people and has no fixed price. The public chooses the amount they want to pay for it.
After the initial reception, the audience goes downstairs and sits around the table waiting for dinner and the meeting.
The lighting creates an intimate atmosphere, with low, welcoming light. Food comes to crown a safe environment, where it is not dangerous to say what you think, as long as respect is the premise.
“Politics has become the protagonist of meetings at Casa Moema. People come more for the debate, for conversation, for the topic we are going to discuss than for the food itself. Of course, gastronomy has its place, but the meeting is the great difference of our house “, pointed out Tartaglia.
