The signature will be at an event scheduled for 11:30 am at the Planalto Palace, said Secom, confirming Estadão/Political Broadcast published earlier.
The event participates in the presidents of the Chamber, Hugo Motta (Republicans-PB), and Senate, David Alcolumbre (Union-AP), Finance Minister Fernando Haddad, and the chief minister of the Secretariat of Institutional Relations, Gleisi Hoffmann.
