Avião perdeu final da pista em Chapecó

An Airbus plane operated by Latam Airlines lost the end of the track while landing in Chapecó, Santa Catarina, on Monday, according to local reports published on social networks and the company itself.

“LATAM AIRLINES BRASIL reports that the LA3276 flight aircraft (Sao Paulo/Guarulhos-Chapecó) … exceeded the track limit during landing. The aircraft stopped on the lawn and all passengers and crew are safe,” the company said in a first press release.

The airline did not report the aircraft model, identified as an A319 in social networking images and the Flighaware tracking site. The company also did not say why the plane did not stop before the end of the track at the airport in Chapecó.
