Trump campaigns at McDonald’s in Pennsylvania, key state in the election

Pennsylvania is one of the most competitive states in terms of voting intentions. According to the Five-Thrirty-Eight website’s research aggregator, Trump appears with a slight numerical advantage over his rival in the survey released this Sunday: he has 47.9%, against Kamala’s 47.5%. The Democrat opened up an almost 2-point lead over Trump about a month ago, but the difference has been falling since then.
McDonald’s has been a recurring feature in the campaigns of both candidates. Kamala has stated, in speeches, that she worked at the fast food chain when she was a student, and Trump has responded by saying that the story is false. According to CNN, a member of Kamala’s team claims that she worked at McDonald’s in 1983, at the age of 19, when she was a student at Howard University in California.
Kamala also visits key state
The candidate is in Georgia, another state that could decide the election. Kamala visited churches in the southern state and said this year’s election is a time for Americans to choose “hate over compassion.
She also gave an interview to MSNBC. The interviewer was Reverend Al Sharpton, and included the participation of Stevie Wonder, who sang for the candidate on her 60th birthday. The interview and visit are attempts to mobilize the black and religious community in the region.
