2024 elections: see cities in SP where mayors were re-elected in the 2nd round

Voters in the state of São Paulo approved at the polls, this Sunday (27), the re-election of five mayors in the second round of municipal elections.

In total, in the state, seven municipalities had disputes involving candidates for re-election: São Paulo, Santos, Taboão da Serra, Mauá, São José dos Campos, Franca and Diadema. In these municipalities, only the mayors of Diadema and Taboão da Serra were not re-elected.

In capital of paulistaRicardo Nunes (MDB) was re-elected with 59.3% of valid votes, compared to 40.6% for Guilherme Boulos (PSOL). In Santos, the current mayor, Rogério Santos (Republicans), won with 53.3% of the votes and his opponent Rosane Valle (PL) received 46.6% of the valid votes. In Mauá, Marcelo Oliveira (PT) was re-elected, with 54.1% of the votes, and his opponent Atila Cesar Monteiro (União) received 45.8% of the votes.

In São José dos CamposAnderson Farias Ferreira (PSD) was re-elected with 58.2%; his opponent Eduardo Cury (PL) obtained 41.7% of the votes. The current mayor of FranceAlexandre Ferreira (MDB), won with 58.6% of the votes, compared to 41.3% for João Rocha (PF).

In GuarulhosLucas Sanches (PL) won with 58.5% of valid votes, against 41.4% for Elói Pietá (Solidariedade). In BarueriBeto Piteri (Republicans) won with 56.6%, compared to 43.3% for Gil Arantes (União). In São Bernardo do CampoMarcelo Lima (Podemos) was elected with 55.7% of the votes, Alex Manente (Cidadania) received 44.2%.

In Taboão da SerraEngineer Daniel (União) was elected with 66.2%, compared to 33.7% for Aprígio (PODE). In Ribeirão Preto, Ricardo Silva (PSD) won, with 50.1%, from Marco Aurélio (NOVO), who received 49.8%. In São José do Rio PretoCoronel Fábio Candido won with 59.9% of the votes, compared to 40.03% for Itamar (MDB).

In PiracicabaHelinho Zanatta (PSD) won with 53.6% of the votes, against 46.3% for Barjas Negri (PSDB). In Jundiaí, Gustavo Martinelli (União Brasil) was elected, with 58.9% of the votes, compared to 41.1% for Parimoschi (PL). In TaubatéSergio Victor (Novo) won, with 61.9% of the votes; against 38.02% for Ortiz Junior (Republicans).

In LimeiraMurilo Félix (Podemos) was elected, with 51.8% of the votes, compared to 48.1% for Betinho Neves (MDB). In SumareHenrique do Paraíso (Republicans) won, with 58.2% of the votes, against Willian Souza (PT), who received 41.7%.

In DiademTaka Yamauchi (MDB) won with 52.5% of the votes, compared to 47.4% for Filippi (PT). In GuarujáFarid Madi (Podemos) was elected with 55.3% of the votes, against 44.6% for Raphael Vitiello (PP).
