'Vale-Peru' of $ 10,000 served to cover 'nutritional needs', says TJ-MT

The interns of the Mato Grosso Court of Justice (TJ-MT) threatened to strike a delay in paying salaries. The court became known as the Vale-Peru Court, after the magistrates and servers receive a food allowance of up to R $ 10,000.

The note released by the trainees of the Judiciary of Mato Grosso requires an improvement plan and the exchange of the internship contracts managing company. The trainees have given a deadline until March 11 for orders to be fulfilled and the delay is resolved.

“The trainees of the Judiciary of Mato Grosso publish an indicative of strike and await positioning the presidency of TJ-MT,” says the statement released on social networks.

The court recognized the delay in paying salaries and reported that it contacted the company that manages the contracts, Super Stages, which explained that the suspension occurred only to interns who failed to deliver the registration certificates.

The document is mandatory for maintaining internship compliance time. According to the court, the payment has already been authorized. The TJ-MT also stated that it will mobilize supervisors to reinforce the need to deliver the documentation.

A mapping of Estadão showed that employees of the Court of Mato Grosso received more than $ 100,000 per month in December, almost triple than the ministers of the Supreme Court. In December, the then president of TJ-MT, Judge Clarice Claudino da Silva, had a food allowance of $ 10,000 to the magistrates and $ 8,000 to the servers.

The benefit known as “Vale-Peru” was the target of the Federal Supreme Court. Last week, Minister Cristiano Zanin asked for explanations from the president of the TJ-MT, Judge José Zuquim Nogueira, about the payment of the assistance.
