Days after the Brazilian press reported the case of two Brazilians who managed to escape KK Park, a fraud factory in Myanmar, the Thai government announced on Wednesday (19) the rescue of about 7,000 people who were forced to work in locations in the places Type in the neighboring country, applying scams online.

Thailand launched an offensive against these fraud factories and, according to Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra, the country prepares to receive up to 10,000 enslaved foreigners in this scheme.

These coup factories are installed not only in Myanmar, but also in Cambodia and Laos, which in recent years have become safe ports for international gangs specializing in digital crimes. Thailand is one of the routes used by criminals for human trafficking.
