In an attempted counterattack, Rumble and Trump media companies have filed an injunction in the US. The goal was to prevent measures from having any effect on US territory.

The merits of the case will continue to be evaluated by the US Justice. But in a decision announced on Tuesday, a cut of lid in Florida, indicated that he could not accept the injunction, indicating the lack of documentation and failures in the process. In addition, the court indicates that decisions do not affect companies in the US.

“The documents were not duly notified to the applicants,” warned the court judge. “In addition, the Court is unaware of any action of the defendant (Moraes) or the Brazilian government to tame the ‘orders’ or pronouncements in accordance with the established protocols,” added Judge Mary Scriven, who signs the decision.

In December 2023, the Rumble platform was closed in Brazil. Officially, the company indicated that, by disagreeing with a decision by Moraes to remove content from the Monarchk influencer, she chose to leave the country. Other platforms simply followed the judiciary of the judiciary.

But the company resumed its activities in February 2025, indicating that Trump’s victory in the US election would have facilitated this decision.
