Bolsonaro says he is prepared to be arrested at any time: ‘It’s the Federal Police’
Former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) said he was prepared to be arrested at any time by the Federal Police (PF). In an interview published on Thursday, 30, by the American magazine Bloomberg, the former chief of the federal executive said he hopes to be agreed by agents of the corporation.
“I sleep well, but I’m already prepared to hear the doorbell play at 6am: ‘It’s the Federal Police!’” He said. Bolsonaro has already been indicted in three investigations: the alleged coup plot, vaccination card fraud and the case of Saudi jewelry.
The most recent of the accusations occurred in November 2024, when the PF indicated it by violent abolition of the democratic rule of law, coup and criminal organization.

Regarding Mauro Cid’s denunciation, Bolsonaro classified the statements of the former joint of orders as “absurd,” but said Lieutenant Colonel was being pressured.
Inelegable by decisions of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), Bolsonaro said he was the only name capable of defeating President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (PT) in 2026. “Today, I am the opposition against Lula. Any other competing name has a serious risk of losing, ”he said.
